It was my 19th birthday recently, and my friend Anna got me an adorable Snorlax plush toy because I’ve been wanting to add more things to my collection of Pokemon stuff (I’ll do a detailed post about that at some point in the future).
It’s so squishy and the material it’s made from is unbelievably soft:
She also gave me two plushies she’d customised. They had meant to be part of my Christmas present, but the shipping took longer than expected. Plus she had to round up all the materials for the modifications.
The modifications are based around our individual personalities. One of her nicknames is Wolfe so she got a cute fox/dog-like plushie and modified it with the sort of jewellery she usually wears:
The modifications for mine were a bit trickier for her to figure out because I don’t have a signature style when it comes to my clothing or general appearance, but in the end she opted for a purple ribbon and a flowery accessory (possibly because I love floral patterns and most purple-ish colours, haha). The choice of animal was obvious though, I’ve always been extremely fond of cats and have quite a few cat-like personality traits (including, but not limited to, sleeping for up to 14 hours a day when left undisturbed ^^;; Yes, I will admit that I can be pretty lazy when I have nothing I need to be doing)
It was really lovely to receive such thoughtful gifts and I’m glad to have such a generous friend, I’ll cherish these forever. ^__^
